Staff

Lynda earned a Bachelors in Communication Sciences & Disorders from OSU and a Masters in Early Childhood Special Education at UCO.  She has worked with children for over 30 years, and has been at The Launching Pad for 25 years!  Lynda has been married to her husband Chris for 27 years, and they have two sons, Christopher and Jaxson.  Lynda is an OSU fan and loves reading and listening to the ocean.

Tracey has a Bachelors degree in Elementary and Early Childhood from the University of Central Oklahoma, and she has spent over 30 years working with children, from infants through school age.  She has been at The Launching Pad for 25 years, with the last 16 of those being Assistant Director!  Tracey has been married over 26 years and both of her children attended The Launching Pad, starting when they were six weeks old.  She enjoys gardening and crocheting and is an OU fan.

Jennifer, Kitchen & Pets

Jennifer has a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.  She has over 23 years of experience with kids,  all right here at The Launching Pad!  Jennifer loves animals and has a family of dogs, cats, a box turtle, a tortoise, and a bearded dragon.  She enjoys reading as well as listening to audiobooks with her animals.

"I love watching the kids grow and seeing how their tastes change as they try new things.  I also love maintaining the pets and fish for everyone to enjoy!"

Aron, Communications Director

Aron has a Bachelors in Liberal Studies from Oklahoma Christian University and has spent over 20 years in childcare.  She has been at The Launching Pad for 16 years, both in the classroom, and now as Communications Director.  Aron has been married for almost ten years and has two beautiful children and a beloved dog, Lolli.  She loves being creative - painting, drawing, and creating are her favorite things!

"I love helping teachers reach their classroom goals!  I really enjoy helping inform parents about the great things happening at TLP."

Abby C., Floater

Abby has a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from UCO. She grew up at The Launching Pad and has been here as a teacher for over 7 years. Abby has been married for 3 years, has  two beautiful little boys, and a hyper Aussie named Kodo. She loves reading, crocheting, and spending time outside with her family.

"I love the chance I get as a floater to be in each classroom and form a relationship with each child that walks through the door. Every single one of them is unique and special to me. I don't take lightly the opportunity I get to make an impact in the lives of these children."

Kylee, Floater

Kylee is currently working towards her  Bachelor's Degree in Forensics and Photography. She has been working at The Launching Pad for over a year. She loves watching sports, whether in person or on TV (Go Kings, 49ers, and Braves)! Kylee does freelance photography in her free time. She also enjoys going to concerts!

"I love getting to work with all the kids and seeing them grow. As a floater I get to see each child progress in every class!"

Jaeci, Floater

Jaeci is currently working towards her  Associate's Degree at Rose State College. She grew up attending The Launching Pad and has enjoyed becoming an employee here for almost a year.  She has had a little over a year of childcare experience prior to coming to TLP. In her spare time she enjoys reading and shopping at Target.
