The Launching Pad is operated by the Aeronautical Center Employees Child Center, Incorporated, (ACECC, Inc.), a private, non-profit corporation. The center operates under the auspices of a revocable permit issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and it adheres to all policies and regulations mandated by the FAA.
